frequently asked questions:.- I can´t see the graphic data in the display. .- I can´t see the graphic data in the display. This problem arises either when your connection isn´t fast enough or an error occurs in our servers. Press keys Ctrl+F5 to refresh the page and if the problem persists, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us to report the error so that we can fix it as soon as possible . .- The graphic data doesn´t occupy all of the available area. This is a problem with the internet browser caused by the rapid use of the viewing tool, in this case our servers cannot match the speed of the requests. To solve this problem just refresh the page using the Ctrl+F5 keys. .- I can´t see all of the display. This problem is caused by your monitor´s configuration. Our pages are optimized for 1024x768 resolution. If you make this change, all of the options available will be there for your use. .- When I press a tool button it doesn´t carry out its function. This usually happens when your internet browser has the block pop-ups option enabled, or if this option is available and enabled in any of the tool bars you have installed such as google, msn etc. Disable this option to solve the problem. .- Trouble when printing. If the printing has to be done on more than one page then reduce the margins, remove headers or footers of the printer if applicable and select the page size and direction. If no information is shown in the area of the map that you want to print, this could be due to the printing scale selected which is less that what is needed for the surface selected and therefore it comes up blank. Otherwise there could be a problem with our servers. To resolve the first issue, select another printing scale from the available options and for the second one please contact us so we can fix it as soon as possible. |
